GUIDELINES
Council guidelines
How we propose, discuss and vote, how the studio decides, and what gets hidden and why.
-
01 What the council is for
Proposing and discussing improvements to the games and services. For bugs in test builds, use the playtester portal’s reports; for account and security problems, use support or the private security report.
-
02 Write a useful idea
Start with the problem you face and when it happens, then a solution if you have one. Search first: if a similar idea exists, support it instead of repeating it. One idea per post.
-
03 Support and votes
Each member has a limited number of support votes per board, returned when withdrawn or when the idea closes. Who voted is never published. Multiple accounts and votes for rewards break the guidelines.
-
04 How we decide
Votes inform the decision; they don’t make it. We weigh impact, effort, balance and the game’s direction, and publish every decision with its reason. “Planned” means we decided to work on it, not a guaranteed date.
-
05 Discussion
Criticism is welcome, including criticism of the studio. We hide abuse and harassment, spam and ads, personal information about you or others, and posts far off topic. We never hide an opinion because it is negative.
-
06 Reports and appeals
“Report” sends content to a person at the studio for review; nothing is hidden automatically. If you think your post was hidden or your account restricted by mistake, contact us through support and we will review it.
